Here’s what you’ll need:
- 52 index cards
- Orange and black markers, crayons, or colored pencils
Here’s what you do:
- On each index card, write one letter of the alphabet, (upper- and lower-case characters on separate cards) except the vowels, using orange markers, crayons, or colored pencils.
- Do the same for the vowels, except using black instead of orange.
- Turn all 52 cards face-down on the floor.
- Each player takes a turn by turning over two cards to try and match an upper-case letter to its corresponding lower-case letter.
- If a player does not make a match, the two cards are turned back face-down in the same spot and the next player takes a turn.
- If a match is made, the player making the match keeps the two cards and gets another turn. The player with the most cards at the end of the game wins.
