A Spring Journal (ages 3-adult)

Here’s what you’ll need:

Here’s what you do:

  1. Go for a walk with your child on a beautiful spring day and collect unique rocks, leaves, etc.
  2. Take time afterward to admire your child’s collection with him.
  3. In a notebook or journal, keep a list of all of the special things you admired with your child. Don’t forget to write the dates for all of your entries.
  4. Reread this journal to your child from time to time. (This will be a special gift to give him later in life.)
