- Spring is a good time to “clean up” self images along with the house.
- Ask your child what he likes about himself. Write, “I like that I am ___.”
- Try to keep his answers more about who he is instead of what he looks like.
- After your child has finished several sentences, ask him to reread them.
- Put the list on the refrigerator or in your child’s room so he can reread it whenever he wishes.
