Explain to the children that they are going to play a game called, “Guess My Letter!”
To play the game, think of a letter you want the children to practice.
Say, “Guess My Letter!” Point to objects and students that begin with that letter. Do not tell the children the letter ahead of time. For example, for the letter “C” you could walk to the chalkboard, hold up chalk, point to curtains, crayons, a calculator, and a boy named Charlie.
Ask the children to raise their hands when they have guessed your letter.
Continue the game with a different letter.
